bird served as "mate" to the above-listed Mitchel Lafrance Mallard Hen for many a year,

not only coming to us from the same delightful above-mentioned Maine coastal Estate full

of terrific Folk Art and Primitives, but was also purchased together with the Lafrance bird many moons ago from the very well known Essex, CT dealer, E. J. Danos.*
